“Closing It Out” - #Blog365 Day 365

This post marks the 365th blog post that I’ve written for this #Blog365 initiative, and as such, it marks the end of a year of blogging. For reasons that I can’t quite comprehend, it appears as if I’m ending a day early. I’m not sure if I posted more than one piece one day, or, if I really meant to be blogging for 366days. Regardless, I’m now off to set new goals, new benchmarks, and explore new ways to write.

This has been an excellent year, and it has been a lot of fun to force myself into a reflective frame on a daily basis. I’ve learned a lot about myself, and also learned a lot about what works for me as a thinker and writer. I’m excited that I have another potential writing project lined up (fingers crossed), and that I’ve spent a year thinking about my work as a leader, learner, and person.

Writing, for me, is a vehicle towards continuous improvement. By forcing myself to write regularly, I’m also forcing myself to continue to strive to learn more.

Thanks for joining me on this journey. With two years of daily blogging under my belt, I feel as if I’ve been given an opportunity to think more deeply than I ever would have otherwise! Time to close it out!
